A FINANCIAL WELL-BEING TOOL
Empowering advisors to develop deeper connections with their clients to guide them on a personalized journey towards holistic financial well-being.
The Challenge
Financial planning is overwhelming. From managing budgets to saving for major life milestones, and dealing with unexpected financial challenges, it can be a lot to handle. Financial advisors understand this and aim to support their clients, beyond the numbers. By focusing on their clients' emotions and well-being, advisors can build deeper rapport and trust, which leads to better long-term relationships.

Our goal was to create a supplementary tool where advisors could support their investors by helping them build out goals, increase financial literacy, and become confident in their future financial situation.

FINANCIAL WELL-BEING TOOL
Spotlighted Features
Personalized onboarding to define goals and start your financial wellness journey off on the right foot.
Onboarding provides an opportunity for the financial advisor and investor to build rapport while addressing key questions. This process helps the advisor guide the investor toward greater financial literacy and confidence, setting the foundation for a successful financial journey.
Explore curated content and action items chosen by your interests and your advisor.
Set new goals as new life moments come into the picture
Users can easily add new goals to the platform as their needs evolve, without needing to notify their advisor. The connected platform keeps advisors up-to-date with each client’s changing priorities, enabling them to offer personalized content and support. This ensures clients feel heard, valued, and consistently supported in their financial journey.
Advisors can edit, add, and view the status of their investors
The advisor-facing side of the platform provides detailed insights into clients’ interactions with the platform and content. It also features a dedicated space for advisors to deliver new content, assign tasks, and send pre-crafted messages. This ensures continuous client growth and active engagement with the platform, fostering a strong advisor-client relationship.
Informing Our Designs with Research
Over the course of 10 weeks, the frog team conducted two rounds of research. The first round, carried out with advisors and investors, enabled us to swiftly define and prioritize the key features for the MVP hero flows.

In the second round, we validated these features and high-fidelity screen designs, allowing us to rapidly refine and iterate on the detailed designs for handoff to the implementation team at the end of the program. From re-prioritizing steps in the onboarding process to creating an optimized advisor-facing dashboard, research guided our design process at every stage.
Ensuring a Quick and Easy Hand-Off
After our final presentation, the focus shifted to building the platform on the client side. This required making strategic decisions about reusing existing components and crafting clear, actionable hero flows. We also held several meetings with the implementation team to address any questions and ensure a smooth handoff, setting them up for success in the next phase.
